Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 a year

Your Role Will Include:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and defining Resonate’s products, ensuring they deliver genuine operational value. This role goes beyond documentation or backlog maintenance—you will:
- Lead deep analysis and challenge assumptions
- Apply judgement to balance usability, value, risk, and feasibility
- Operate confidently in ambiguous, high-risk environments
- Translate strategic intent into clear, outcome-driven product requirements
- Enable informed decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with independent problem-solving ability
- Proven experience influencing product direction and prioritisation
- Confidence operating where requirements are unclear or evolving
- Experience leading analysis from discovery through to product design
- Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders using evidence
- Agile delivery experience with a focus on outcomes, value, and usability
- Strong business acumen paired with deep customer and user empathy
Desirable:
- Experience in regulated or operationally critical sectors (e.g. transport, infrastructure, utilities, healthcare)
- Exposure to safety-, risk-, or performance-critical systems
