Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 a year

Your Role Will Include:

• As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Risk Ledger’s B2B SaaS platform and influencing its long-term design direction. You’ll work end-to-end — from customer research and ideation to high-fidelity design and delivery — collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve meaningful customer problems.
• ‎You’ll also help evolve the company’s design culture, lead by influence, and champion high-quality, user-centred solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a B2B Product Designer within an in-house product team
• ‎Strong ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• ‎Deep curiosity about users, products, and the wider market
• ‎Systems-thinking mindset for designing across complex workflows and touchpoints
• ‎Pragmatic approach to tools, frameworks, and processes
• ‎Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• ‎A proactive, detail-oriented designer who enjoys moving fast and learning continuously
