Your Role Will Include:
As Senior Game Operations Manager, you will own the game’s operational strategy before and after launch.
‎Pre-Launch
- ‎Define and lead the game operations strategy for launch
- ‎Partner with product and engineering to ensure systems support:
- ‎Strong player onboarding and early retention
- ‎Long-term progression and engagement
- ‎Contribute to the design of:
- ‎F2P monetization and incentive systems

What We’re Looking For:
We value how you think about games more than job titles.
‎You are likely a great fit if you:
- ‎Genuinely enjoy playing and analysing games, especially F2P or live service games
‎Regularly think about:
- ‎Why players stay or leave
- ‎How progression, rewards, and events shape behaviour
- ‎Have 3–5+ years of experience in game operations, live ops, game product, or related online product roles
‎Understand key areas such as:
- ‎F2P monetization and incentive systems
- ‎Player retention mechanics and engagement loops
- ‎Live events and KPI-driven decision-making
- ‎Are comfortable working in early-stage environments with ambiguity
- ‎Take strong ownership, learn quickly, and communicate effectively across teams
- ‎Bring a clear passion for games and continuous improvement
‎Nice to Have (Not Required):
- ‎Experience launching or operating a live game
- ‎Background in mid-core or long-running live service games
- ‎Experience designing or studying live events
- ‎Familiarity with alternative game business models (e.g. Web3, hybrid F2P)
- ‎Experience working with international or global player bases
Â
‎If you love games, think deeply about why players engage, and want real ownership over a game’s long-term success, this role gives you the chance to shape a title from pre-launch to live operations. You won’t just run systems — you’ll help define how the game lives, grows, and thrives.
Â
Join us if you genuinely love games, enjoy thinking deeply about how they work, and want to take responsibility for their long-term success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Free parking
- Store discount
- UK visa sponsorship
