Your Role Will Include:

• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• ‎Turn raw product telemetry into decision-ready datasets, metrics, and insights
• ‎Own analytics foundations: schemas, data models, dashboards, and self-serve tools
• ‎Design and measure experiments and A/B tests with statistical rigor
• ‎Create and manage feature pipelines for personalization and adaptive learning
• ‎Ensure data quality, observability, and reliability across the stack
• ‎Support privacy-by-design practices including PII handling and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• ‎2+ years’ experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering
• ‎Strong skills in Python and SQL
• ‎Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data tools
• ‎Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)
• ‎Solid understanding of experimentation, metrics, and statistical analysis
• ‎Comfortable working end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• ‎Clear communicator with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset

‎Nice to have:

• ‎Real-time analytics and event-driven systems
• ‎Recommendation or personalization systems
• ‎Data privacy and security experience
