Salary: From £28,000 a year

Your Role Will Include:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business by:

• ‎Owning and managing your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs
• ‎Leading by example and maintaining company standards at all times
• ‎Recruiting, training, motivating, and developing your team
• ‎Delivering an outstanding customer experience every day
• ‎Ensuring consistently high-quality products and service

What We’re Looking For:

• UK-based candidates already holding a valid Skilled Worker (Tier 2) visa, sponsored before March/April 2024
• ‎Previous hospitality experience, with management experience preferred
• ‎A confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• ‎Strong business awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
• ‎Excellent people skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for customer service
• ‎A positive, can-do attitude with the willingness to learn and grow
