Position: Full Stack Engineer (Front-end leaning)

Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 a year

Your Role Will Include:

As a Front-end Engineer, you will:

• ‎Own new user-facing features end-to-end
• ‎Design and implement modern AI-first interaction patterns
• ‎Work directly with users to understand problems and craft solutions
• ‎Act as part of the design team while helping shape the product experience
• ‎Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize product impact
• ‎Help maintain a robust, scalable design system using React and Tailwind

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• ‎Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript (React) and comfort with Python
• ‎Solid UI/UX intuition or design experience
• ‎Ability to choose the right tools, balance speed with scalability, and learn fast
• ‎Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into production-ready solutions quickly
• ‎Clear communication with engineers and business stakeholders
• ‎Comfort working in a high-ownership, early-stage startup environment

‎Bonus Points:

• ‎Experience building products powered by LLMs
• ‎Strong visual and interaction design sensibility
• ‎Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing domains
