Position: Immigration Solicitor / IAA Lawyer

Salary: From £35,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role Will Include:

‎As an Immigration Solicitor/IAA Caseworker, you will:

• ‎Handle applications for Global Talent Visa Stage 1 & 2.
• ‎Manage Sponsor Licence applications, including assigning and allocating CoS.
• ‎Work across all PBS categories, including Tier 2 and Tier 4.
• ‎Process Spouse Visas (Entry Clearance, Extension, ILR).
• ‎Handle Family and Private Life (FLR) applications.
• ‎Manage Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British Citizenship applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in immigration law and visa applications.
• ‎Strong knowledge across multiple visa categories.
• ‎Ability to manage complex cases with attention to detail.
• ‎Eligible for visa sponsorship if needed.
