Position: Veterinary Surgeon 

Salary: £38,950 – £68,675 a year

Your Role Will Include:

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll deliver thoughtful, high-quality care to genuinely sick and injured pets—without upselling pressure or rushed decision-making.‎Your journey includes:

• ‎First month: Settling in, learning systems, and building team relationships
• ‎By 3 months: Confidently managing your own caseload and contributing to clinical discussions
• ‎By 6 months: Shaping clinical standards, pursuing development interests, and helping grow community-focused services

What We’re Looking For:

• ‎A Veterinary Surgeon with 2+ years’ experience
• ‎Someone passionate about proper medicine and continuity of care
• ‎A collaborative team player who values shared decision-making
