Position: Customer Service Representative 

Salary: £12.25 p/h

Job Type: Full-time 

Work location: Glasgow Scotland

Your Role Will Include:

As a key member of the retail team, you will be at the centre of the customer experience by:

  • ‎Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • ‎Processing bets and handling customer enquiries
  • ‎Supporting customers with betting terminals
  • ‎Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • ‎Championing safer gambling at all times‎
  • ‎Assisting with shop displays and opening/closing duties when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Aged 18+ (legal requirement)
  • ‎Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • ‎Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ‎Empathy and the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds
  • ‎A positive, people-focused attitude and willingness to learn
