Your Role Will Include:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support course delivery, student progress, and overall learning experience by:

• ‎Updating progression trackers and reporting student performance to instructors
• ‎Supporting assessment, monitoring, and reporting of student achievements
• ‎Assisting with student onboarding, attendance registers, and additional needs tracking
• ‎Supporting students through breakout sessions, one-to-one support, and targeted learning interventions
• ‎Monitoring and reviewing additional needs support plans monthly
• ‎Adhering to best teaching practices, safeguarding policies, and government guidance
• ‎Actively contributing to student success, ensuring at least 85% positive post-course outcomes
• ‎Representing Tech Educators professionally to learners, partners, and external stakeholders

• Experience supporting teaching and learning environment
• ‎Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ‎Analytical mindset with excellent organisational abilities
• ‎Confidence in administrative and reporting tasks
• ‎Passion for student success and inclusive education
• ‎Experience with government-funded skills bootcamps (desirable but not essential)
• ‎Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
