Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Band 2 Healthcare Assistant, you will work night shifts (10pm–8am), supporting registered nurses during out-of-hours community visits. Your responsibilities will include:
- ‎Supporting nurses during unplanned and priority patient visits
- ‎Driving Trust vehicles and planning efficient routes across the county
- ‎Preparing, organising, and transporting medical equipment and supplies
- ‎Providing personal care and assistance to patients in their own homes
- ‎Assisting with manual handling tasks under nursing direction
- ‎Maintaining equipment, stock levels, and vehicle safety checks
