Your Role Will Include:

• ‎As an AI Automations Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in transforming how ElevenLabs scales revenue and operations. You’ll design and build internal tools and AI-driven systems that empower go-to-market, operations, and finance teams.‎
• ‎You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, strategy, and product leaders—identifying inefficiencies, solving ambiguous problems, and delivering high-impact solutions quickly. This role is ideal for builders who see broken processes as opportunities to innovate with software and AI.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Python and SQL required)
• ‎A builder mindset with the ability to move fast and work independently
• ‎Deep product and systems thinking focused on business impact
• ‎Hands-on experience with AI, data, LLMs, agents, and system integrations
• ‎Passion for applying AI to sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• ‎Comfort working in a remote, global, and fast-paced environment

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.
