Your Role Will Include:
‎As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in keeping the justice system running smoothly. Working as part of a team, you will support court operations by progressing cases and providing high-quality administrative and customer service support.
‎Your responsibilities will include:
- ‎Preparing court papers and case files
- ‎Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- ‎Resulting court outcomes correctly and efficiently
- ‎Verifying documents, claims, and records against set procedures
- ‎Communicating with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and external agencies
- ‎Supporting front-of-house duties and assisting with courtroom operations when required
