Your Role Will Include:
As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Services, you will provide person-centred support to adults aged 55+ in their own homes. Your role is vital in helping customers maintain independence, build confidence, and remain active within their communities. You will work as part of a dedicated team, supporting daily living, personal care, medication management, social inclusion, and recovery-focused goals, while collaborating closely with families, carers, and professionals.
