Your Role Will Include:
As a Senior/Master Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics on BMW and Land Rover/JLR vehicles
- Diagnosing CAN-Bus, electrical, and module communication faults
- Performing ECU coding, programming, and complex electrical repairs
- Completing a wide range of mechanical repairs and servicing to OEM standards
- Supporting engine remanufacturing processes (training provided where required)
- Mentoring junior technicians and maintaining high workshop standards
- Completing digital job cards, service reports, and warranty documentation
- Complying with UK Health & Safety and Sponsor Licence requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years’ franchised dealership experience with BMW or Land Rover/JLR
- Strong expertise in advanced diagnostics and electrical repair
- Qualification equivalent to UK NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
- Valid driving licence
- Ability to pass a UK technical trade test
- Willingness to relocate to the UK without dependants (visa requirement)
- Strong English communication skills preferred
