Your Role Will Include:

‎As a Customer Service Representative, you will:‎

  • ‎Handle inbound calls for Aviva Home Insurance customers
  • ‎Process and manage customer insurance policies accurately
  • ‎Follow mandatory call scripts and FCA compliance requirements
  • ‎Use multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • ‎Own and resolve FCA-regulated complaints through to completion
  • ‎Manage underwriting-related queries with care and customer protection in mind
  • ‎Identify and record customer vulnerability, showing empathy and patience
  • ‎Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and service quality

  • ‎Confidence using PC systems in a fast-paced environment

Start Date: 02/02/2026

Salary: £23,488.92 Per Annum – £12.60 per hour

Site: Work From Home

Shifts: Full Time 35.85 hours working 5/7 days, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00, Sunday 10:00-14:00 (Must be FULLY flexible to cover business operating hours)

Training: 36 Days (No holidays or appointments will be authorised during first 6 weeks of employment)

Contract: Permanent

Probity: DBS, Credit Check, Sanctions check, CIFAS Check and 2 year employment history (this is in addition to referencing)
