Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Customer Service Representative, you will:‎
- ‎Handle inbound calls for Aviva Home Insurance customers
- ‎Process and manage customer insurance policies accurately
- ‎Follow mandatory call scripts and FCA compliance requirements
- ‎Use multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- ‎Own and resolve FCA-regulated complaints through to completion
- ‎Manage underwriting-related queries with care and customer protection in mind
- ‎Identify and record customer vulnerability, showing empathy and patience
- ‎Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and service quality

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ‎Proven customer service experience
- ‎Confidence using PC systems in a fast-paced environment
- ‎A positive attitude and openness to feedback
- ‎Ability to build strong, collaborative customer relationships

Start Date: 02/02/2026
Salary: £23,488.92 Per Annum – £12.60 per hour
Site: Work From Home
Shifts: Full Time 35.85 hours working 5/7 days, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00, Sunday 10:00-14:00 (Must be FULLY flexible to cover business operating hours)
Training: 36 Days (No holidays or appointments will be authorised during first 6 weeks of employment)
Contract: Permanent
Probity: DBS, Credit Check, Sanctions check, CIFAS Check and 2 year employment history (this is in addition to referencing)
