Your Role Will Include:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- ‎Engage with customers primarily via email, building rapport and trust
- ‎Deliver consistently excellent customer service
- ‎Empathise with customers to resolve queries effectively
- ‎Stay informed on products, services, and policies
- ‎Collect and share customer feedback to improve best practices
- ‎Meet individual and company KPIs and SLAs
- ‎Represent company values in every customer and colleague interaction
What We’re Looking For:

- ‎Has experience managing a high volume of emails
- ‎Is comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- ‎Is computer literate and able to multitask across systems
- ‎Works well as part of a team
- ‎Communicates clearly and professionally via email
- ‎Has strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- ‎Has experience working remotely
- ‎Is resilient, adaptable, and customer-focused

End Date: Thursday 19th February
Full Time Hours: 39 Hours per week
Availability: Weekdays and Weekends
Monday – Friday
Early: 09.00 – 17.30
Middle: 10:00 -18.30
Late: 11.30-20.00
Weekends
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sunday: 9am – 6pm
Applicants must be able to work a 2.5 (two full weekends, and either Saturday or Sunday) weekend shifts out of 6.
