Renowned for quality craftsmanship, the company serves international export markets, operates a substantial wholesale business, manages its own retail stores, and runs a fast-growing e-commerce platform. Central operations are based at the factory site in Desborough, Northamptonshire.

Position: Customer Service Administrator 

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 a year

Your Role Will Include:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support customers across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ‎Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • ‎Assisting with the processing of e-commerce orders and related queries
  • ‎Supporting export dispatch and invoicing while liaising with customers
  • ‎Managing customer enquiries related to the shoe repair service
  • ‎Completing general office and administrative duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous office-based administrative experience
  • ‎Proven experience in customer interaction
  • ‎Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ‎Strong IT skills, including MS Office and web-based systems
  • ‎Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • ‎A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable work ethic
  • ‎Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Contract: Permanent full time

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience
