Your Role Will Include:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support customers across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- ‎Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- ‎Assisting with the processing of e-commerce orders and related queries
- ‎Supporting export dispatch and invoicing while liaising with customers
- ‎Managing customer enquiries related to the shoe repair service
- ‎Completing general office and administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous office-based administrative experience
- ‎Proven experience in customer interaction
- ‎Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ‎Strong IT skills, including MS Office and web-based systems
- ‎Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
- ‎A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable work ethic
- ‎Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Contract: Permanent full time
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience
