Your Role Will Include:

As a Receptionist and Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for service users, visitors, and partner agencies. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:

  • ‎Managing incoming calls and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • ‎Handling correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping accurately
  • ‎Collating, monitoring, and reporting data and statistics
  • ‎Supporting prescription and general administrative processes
  • ‎Maintaining effective communication across the service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures
  • ‎Strong IT skills, including word processing, Excel, and data entry
  • ‎Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ‎Ability to work flexibly within a team and maintain confidentiality
  • ‎Good numerical and organisational skills
  • ‎Minute-taking experience (desirable)
  • ‎A genuine interest in supporting people affected by alcohol and/or drug use
