Your Role Will Include:
As a Receptionist and Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for service users, visitors, and partner agencies. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
- ‎Managing incoming calls and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- ‎Handling correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping accurately
- ‎Collating, monitoring, and reporting data and statistics
- ‎Supporting prescription and general administrative processes
- ‎Maintaining effective communication across the service
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures
- ‎Strong IT skills, including word processing, Excel, and data entry
- ‎Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ‎Ability to work flexibly within a team and maintain confidentiality
- ‎Good numerical and organisational skills
- ‎Minute-taking experience (desirable)
- ‎A genuine interest in supporting people affected by alcohol and/or drug use
