What We Offer:
- This internship provides structured, real-world experience within the Marketing team, giving you hands-on exposure to digital performance marketing across the Edconic portfolio.
- ‎You will learn directly from marketing specialists in the Global Enrolment, Marketing and Sales (GEMS) department and gain skills in digital advertising, campaign monitoring, analytics, budgeting, and market-specific strategy development.
- ‎The role supports hybrid working — you must be within commutable distance of London, with flexibility to work remotely.

Your Role Will Include:
- ‎As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Rednote.
- ‎Your role includes campaign coordination, data gathering, analytics support, finance administration, audience segmentation tasks, and assisting with performance dashboards and reporting.
- ‎You will work closely with the wider GEMS team to understand how digital marketing drives global student enrolment and contributes to the success of multiple schools and programs.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:‎
- ‎Interest in learning digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Rednote)‎
- ‎Willingness to learn analytics tools like Google Analytics
- ‎Basic digital skills (Microsoft Office) and openness to new marketing technologies
- ‎Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ‎Curiosity about digital marketing and how global brands operate in education
- ‎Excellent written and spoken English‎
- ‎Enthusiasm for data-driven marketing and consumer insights‎
‎Desirable:
- ‎Interest in the Chinese digital ecosystem (Rednote, WeChat, etc.)
- ‎Awareness of digital marketing concepts such as email, social media, or paid advertising
