Salary: £12.21 – £15.00 an hour

Your Role Will Include:

You’ll be the execution engine behind the brand owner’s ideas. Your day-to-day includes:‎

‎1. Content Creation & Publishing

  • ‎Post daily content inside Growth Network groups
  • ‎Schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • ‎Edit short-form videos and repurpose long-form content‎
  • ‎Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging‎

‎2. Podcast Production Support‎

  • ‎Prepare topics, titles, hooks, and episode prompts‎
  • ‎Maintain recording schedules
  • ‎Pull timestamps, summaries, and promo clips from each episode

‎3. AI & Automation Execution

  • ‎Run structured prompts on transcripts
  • ‎Generate hooks, summaries, insights, and repurposed content
  • ‎Assist in maintaining AI agents
  • ‎Learn or manage basic workflows in Make.com / n8n
  • ‎Build simple automations for onboarding, nurturing, and content flow

‎4. Funnel & Marketing Support

  • ‎Upload funnel assets
  • ‎Prepare visuals for ads and campaigns
  • ‎Format email sequences
  • ‎Organise assets for events and launches

‎5. Community Management

  • ‎Post engagement prompts daily
  • ‎Share updates, reminders, and member wins‎
  • ‎Handle basic questions or route them appropriately
  • ‎Keep groups active and supported

‎6. General Operations Support

  • ‎Upload worksheets, resources, recordings‎
  • ‎Organise files and update tracking sheets‎
  • ‎Prepare assets for workshops, events, and internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves

  • ‎Highly organised and reliable‎
  • ‎Strong written English
  • ‎Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools, CRMs, and automations
  • ‎Able to follow instructions and deliver on time
  • ‎Fast learner with initiative
  • ‎Calm, practical, and proactive

‎Bonus Skills‎

  • ‎Experience with GoHighLevel‎
  • ‎Canva skills
  • ‎CapCut or Descript editing‎
  • ‎Familiarity with Make.com or n8n
  • ‎Experience working with coaches, creators, or small businesses
