What We Offer:

Your Role Will Include:
You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards, with a focus on:
- ‎Leading the repair of non-runners, MOT failures, and advisories.
- ‎Handling major mechanical repairs including clutches, gearboxes, injectors, and full engine diagnostics/rebuilds.
- ‎Managing critical systems such as cambelts, timing chains, brakes, suspension, and steering.
- ‎Performing routine servicing and mechanical health checks to prepare cars for sale.
- ‎Ensuring workshop safety, cleanliness, compliance, and proper tool maintenance.
- ‎Maintaining accurate job records and contributing to smooth workshop operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in automotive repair and servicing (required).
- ‎Diagnostics: 5–7 years of hands-on automotive diagnostics and auto-electrics experience (preferred).
‎Education:
- ‎Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology / Mechanical-related field, OR
- ‎NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) highly desirable.
- ‎Someone who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and delivering high-standard work.
