Your Role Will Include:
You will assist the Operations Director with a wide range of marketing and administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth operations both internally and across client businesses. Responsibilities include:
- ‎Conducting research projects
- ‎Speaking with clients and prospects to book meetings
- ‎Managing communications via phone, video, and email
- ‎Planning tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with colleagues
- ‎Providing administrative and personal assistance
- ‎Supporting recruitment activities
- ‎Writing marketing copy for newsletters, websites, and promotional materials
- ‎Helping promote the business and secure new clients
What We’re Looking For:
- UK-based and able to commute occasionally to Newbury, Berkshire
- ‎Confident using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- ‎Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- ‎Strong copywriting and communication abilities
- ‎Able to manage multiple tasks independently
- ‎Friendly, positive, and collaborative in approach
- ‎Candidates welcome from Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and nearby areas
