Position: IT Project Manager .

Salary: £38,807.78 – £44,900.00 a year.

Job Type: Graduate, Full-time.

Your Role Will Include:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of software and cybersecurity projects.
• ‎Manage budgets, risks, timelines, escalations, and quality checks.
• ‎Oversee recruitment: writing job specs, shortlisting developers, interviewing, and onboarding.
• ‎Train staff and ensure best practices across the team.
• ‎Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
• ‎Market the company by pitching services, attending industry events, and securing new contracts.
• ‎Optimise operations, solve problems proactively, and strengthen the company’s financial health.
• ‎Act as the director’s right-hand, stepping in to run the company when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience delivering IT projects using Agile/Scrum, software development, and cybersecurity.
• ‎Proven skills in recruitment, training, and business development.
• ‎Confident communicator and strong leader capable of managing high responsibility.
• ‎Someone able to drive company performance and support long-term growth.
• ‎UK-based candidates preferred, but sponsorship is available for outstanding overseas applicants.
• ‎Ability to start once the Skilled Worker licence is granted (expected well before April 2026).
