Your Role Will Include:
As an Outpatient Administrator, you will:
- ‎Provide smooth and efficient clerical support to the Trust
- ‎Book patient appointments and answer calls
- ‎Greet patients at reception desks
- ‎Assist the team in delivering high-quality service
- ‎Ensure timely and accurate data entry
- ‎Work in a fast-paced, learning-rich environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent office or clerical/admin experience
- ‎Strong customer service background
- ‎Good communication skills with an empathetic approach
- ‎Ability to thrive in a busy, developing role
- ‎Personal integrity and honesty in all application submissions
- ‎Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
