Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Clinical Support Administrator within the First Contact Team, you’ll be part of a dynamic one-stop service that helps patients and referral agencies connect with Hospice services. You will:
- ‎Act as the first point of contact for callers, many of whom may be in difficult or stressful situations
- ‎Provide advice, guidance, and signposting to appropriate services
- ‎Handle administration tasks and accurate data entry
- ‎Work 37.5 hours per week across varying shifts from Monday to Friday (8:00 am–9:00 pm), with occasional weekend shifts
- ‎Support a service that operates 24/7 for advice and daytime referrals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ‎Substantial experience in a telephone-based or call-centre environment
- ‎Ability to remain calm under pressure
- ‎Sensitivity and empathy when dealing with people in distress
- ‎Team-oriented mindset
- ‎High attention to detail with strong accuracy in recording and data entry
