Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 an hour

Your Role Will Include:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support
- ‎Promote independence, dignity and emotional well-being
- ‎Follow personalised care plans and behaviour support strategies
- ‎Support individuals with Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities
- ‎Maintain accurate daily records and uphold safeguarding standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health needs
- ‎Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care — or willingness to train
- ‎Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- ‎Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to quality support
