Position: Classroom Assistant/Practitioner 

Salary: £18,852 pa (£12.60 per hour)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Your Role Will Include:

As a Classroom Care Assistant/Practitioner at Stanmore School, Lanark, you will:

• ‎Assist in preparing, supporting, and tidying classrooms
• ‎Provide one-to-one and group care to enable access to learning and activities
• ‎Support children with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs
• ‎Safely administer medication according to care plans
• ‎Escort pupils throughout the school day and encourage interaction using assistive technologies
• ‎Help manage challenging behaviours with dignity and respect
• ‎Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, carers, and health professionals
