Your Role Will Include:
As the HR Admin Assistant, you’ll support the Business Manager and Directors by delivering a proactive and professional HR administration service. Your responsibilities include:
- ‎Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
- ‎Assisting with shortlisting candidates
- ‎Sending out and marking tests
- ‎Conducting right-to-work checks
- ‎Arranging interviews and issuing invitations
- ‎Preparing and sending employment/associate contracts
- ‎Supporting onboarding and training of new Virtual PAs
- ‎Updating HR systems accurately and producing required documentation
- ‎Helping with additional tasks during peak activity periods
- ‎Participating in ad-hoc projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate must:
- ‎Have 2+ years’ experience as an HR Administrator
- ‎Be based in the East Midlands and have the right to work in the UK
- ‎Understand the end-to-end HR administration process
- ‎Possess excellent communication, grammar, proofreading and organisational skills
- ‎Be confident handling email and telephone communications
- ‎Have strong IT skills, including HR databases, Outlook, Word and Excel
- ‎Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise changing workloads
- ‎Demonstrate confidentiality, professionalism and resilience
- ‎Have a calm, friendly manner with strong empathy
- ‎Enjoy working remotely and be a proactive decision-maker
