Your Role Will Include:

As the HR Admin Assistant, you’ll support the Business Manager and Directors by delivering a proactive and professional HR administration service. Your responsibilities include:

  • ‎Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
  • ‎Assisting with shortlisting candidates
  • ‎Sending out and marking tests
  • ‎Conducting right-to-work checks
  • ‎Arranging interviews and issuing invitations
  • ‎Preparing and sending employment/associate contracts
  • ‎Supporting onboarding and training of new Virtual PAs
  • ‎Updating HR systems accurately and producing required documentation
  • ‎Helping with additional tasks during peak activity periods
  • ‎Participating in ad-hoc projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate must:

  • ‎Have 2+ years’ experience as an HR Administrator
  • ‎Be based in the East Midlands and have the right to work in the UK
  • ‎Understand the end-to-end HR administration process
  • ‎Possess excellent communication, grammar, proofreading and organisational skills
  • ‎Be confident handling email and telephone communications
  • ‎Have strong IT skills, including HR databases, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • ‎Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise changing workloads
  • ‎Demonstrate confidentiality, professionalism and resilience
  • ‎Have a calm, friendly manner with strong empathy
  • ‎Enjoy working remotely and be a proactive decision-maker
