Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Criminal Justice Data Administrator, you will support the Manchester service by ensuring accurate, timely and reliable data reporting. Your responsibilities include:
- ‎Collating and submitting statistical data for internal and external stakeholders
- ‎Maintaining and updating local and central databases
- ‎Recording data to support contractual, administrative and financial requirements
- ‎Coordinating tradesmen for building management and maintenance needs
- ‎Managing an organised electronic filing system (CRiiS)
- ‎Working flexibly with the Criminal Justice Team to deliver the best outcomes for service users
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative experience and knowledge of office procedures
- ‎Proficiency in IT systems and data collection platforms (e.g., NDTMS, Public Health)
- ‎Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and Access
- ‎Great communication and data-entry abilities
- ‎Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- ‎Someone organised, reliable, and committed to high-quality work
