Salary: £24,000– £26,000

Your Role Will Include:
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate customer account records
- ‎Ensure correct and timely billing operations
- ‎Handle invoice queries and assist with resolutions
- ‎Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- ‎Support the overall Cyber finance team to keep billing processes running smoothly

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- ‎Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- ‎Accurate data entry skills
- ‎Good communication and customer service abilities
- ‎Must be UK-based with the right to work (no sponsorship available)
