Position: Administration Assistant

Salary: £13 – £15 an hour

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Your Role Will Include:

You will provide essential clerical and operational support to ensure the organisation runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, maintaining records, handling data entry, supporting scheduling, preparing documents, coordinating supplies, and assisting with invoicing and billing. You’ll work closely with different departments to deliver smooth administrative operations.

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support
  • ‎Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks)
  • ‎Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • ‎Confident phone manner and professional communication

  • ‎Good typing speed and solid record-keeping skills
  • ‎Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
