Your Role Will Include:
- Pick and select the best-quality products for online orders
- ‎Provide smart substitutions when items are unavailable
- ‎Use a handset to navigate the store efficiently and complete shops on time
- ‎Support behind the scenes with customer queries, order processing, and loading vans
- ‎Offer outstanding service and proactively assist customers
- ‎Build excellent product and promotional knowledge
- ‎Work flexibly across different areas of the store as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone comfortable with early starts (from 4am) and a high-energy, physical environment
- ‎Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers
- ‎Able to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- ‎Takes initiative, solves problems, and takes ownership of tasks
- ‎Happy to learn new digital tools and handle shopping containers up to 15KG
- ‎Strong attention to detail, keeping the store clean, organised, and customer-friendly
- ‎Must have the Right to Work in the UK and meet the minimum age requirements

The below shift pattern are the times in the week we would like you to be available to work. Your weekly hours will be scheduled 3 weeks in advance within these times
Wednesday: 05:00 – 10:00
Thursday: 05:00 – 10:00
Friday: 05:00 – 10:00
Saturday: 05:00 – 10:00
Sunday: 05:00 – 10:00
