Your Role Will Include:
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will:
- ‎Lead, motivate, and support the pharmacy team
- ‎Ensure smooth, efficient operation of the pharmacy
- ‎Maintain and build strong relationships with local GPs
- ‎Deliver services including Pharmacy First, contraceptive services, vaccinations, BP checks, and NMS
- ‎Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, understanding their needs
- ‎Uphold high standards in patient care, safety, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎A well-organised, self-motivated pharmacist with a positive, can-do attitude
- ‎Current GPhC registration
- ‎Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacist
- ‎Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- ‎Ability to understand patient needs and deliver high-quality care
- ‎Experience with repeat dispensing systems
- ‎Someone capable of running an efficient community pharmacy
