Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Desktop & Device Support Technician, you’ll provide hands-on technical support and device repairs both in-store and on-site. Responsibilities include:
- ‎Providing first and second-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networks‎
- ‎Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, connectivity, and printing issues
- ‎Installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and security updates‎
- ‎Repairing smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops (e.g., screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports, board-level diagnostics)‎
- ‎Setting up routers, Wi-Fi, and small office networks
- ‎Assisting customers with setup, data migration, and device optimisation
- ‎Maintaining an organised workshop and accurate service records
- ‎Occasionally providing remote support and on-call assistance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in technical support, repair, or IT roles
- ‎Confidence with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- ‎Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues across multiple device types
- ‎Understanding of basic networking, Wi-Fi, and small office setups
- ‎Strong customer service and communication skills
- ‎Ability to manage workload independently within a small team
- ‎Relevant IT or repair certifications are a plus
