Fyxer is a fast-growing AI company that launched in May 2024 and has already reached $22M ARR. We’re building an AI executive assistant that manages emails, scheduling, and follow-ups—empowering professionals in client-facing roles to stay focused on delivering impact, not admin.

Position: Communications Marketing Manager

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: London (Hybrid work)

Open to relocation from NYC or SF (visa sponsorship available)

Your Role Will Include:

You’ll take full ownership of Fyxer AI’s public narrative and reputation. This includes:

  • ‎Leading PR strategy: story development, media relations, coverage execution
  • ‎Building trusted relationships with journalists, analysts, and tech voices
  • ‎Creating standout storytelling for product launches, fundraising, and major milestones
  • ‎Driving founder visibility — managing the CEO’s vlog, social presence, and interviews
  • ‎Shaping how Fyxer shows up across press, investors, partners, and prospective hires
  • ‎Building our employer brand narrative across content, campaigns, events, and social platforms
  • ‎Creating highly engaging digital content that travels across platforms
  • ‎Ensuring Fyxer is present at the right events, in the right conversations, at the right moments
  • ‎Your north star: grow awareness, credibility, and momentum for Fyxer AI.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a sharp, fast-moving storyteller with 4–8 years of experience in tech marketing, comms, or content. You bring:

  • ‎Strong editorial instincts and creative judgement
  • ‎Experience managing PR campaigns and working with journalists or agencies
  • ‎Ability to build executive/founder profiles through social and PR
  • ‎Skill across formats: video scripts, social copy, PR materials, investor updates
  • ‎Experience building employer brands or culture-driven content
  • ‎Comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders
  • ‎A dynamic, high-velocity operating style
  • ‎Bonus: experience with fundraising comms or M&A
