Your Role Will Include:
You will design and deliver engaging, innovative English lessons to learners with varied abilities across GCSE and Functional Skills. Your responsibilities include:
- ‎Planning and developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources (including online resources).
- ‎Delivering inspiring sessions using a wide range of teaching methods.
- ‎Creating effective assessments and providing developmental feedback.
- ‎Supporting learners through personalised guidance to help them achieve successful outcomes.
- ‎Collaborating closely with course leaders and support coaches to meet qualification requirements and identify learners needing additional support.
- ‎Contributing to a supportive, committed team focused on learner confidence, progress, and achievement.
