Your Role Will Include:
‎As a Virtual Bookkeeper, you will:
- ‎Maintain updated, accurate financial records
- ‎Deliver clear, simple financial information to clients
- ‎Handle payroll setup, scheduling, and processing
- ‎Support sales tax filing
- ‎Provide e-commerce bookkeeping support
- ‎Work closely with clients as a trusted, indispensable partner
- ‎Communicate effectively via phone, Zoom, email, and messaging
- ‎Manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Nonprofit or For-profit)
- ‎Payroll processing experience
- ‎Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
- ‎Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred, not required)
- ‎Home office setup with webcam-enabled computer, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet
- ‎Professionals who are responsive, customer-focused, great communicators, team players, and comfortable working fully remote
- ‎Availability during normal business hours
- ‎Willingness to undergo reference checks, background checks, and E-Verify
