Your Role Will Include:
As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will:
- ‎Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- ‎Assist with insurance sales by collecting client information and helping prepare quotes
- ‎Perform vehicle registration services and related transactions
- ‎Communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
- ‎Handle client files, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- ‎Support overall office operations with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- ‎Strong communication skills and a friendly, client-first approach
- ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- ‎Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
- ‎No prior insurance experience required — we will train you!
- ‎Must complete the assessment and one-way video interview to be considered
