Salary: $37,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Your Role Will Include:

As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • ‎Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • ‎Assist with insurance sales by collecting client information and helping prepare quotes
  • ‎Perform vehicle registration services and related transactions
  • ‎Communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
  • ‎Handle client files, data entry, and general administrative tasks
  • ‎Support overall office operations with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • ‎Strong communication skills and a friendly, client-first approach
  • ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • ‎Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • ‎No prior insurance experience required — we will train you!
  • ‎Must complete the assessment and one-way video interview to be considered
