Your Role Will Include:
- Turn client briefs into clean, structured Figma layouts
- ‎Create UI components, simple design systems, and page flows
- ‎Build your designs in WordPress using custom themes (no templates or page builders)
- ‎Work with ACF, Gutenberg blocks, and strong front-end development
- ‎Handle interactions, animations, and responsive functionality
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- ‎Strong Figma skills
- ‎Good understanding of UX and clean interface layout
- ‎Confident building custom WordPress themes
- ‎Solid knowledge of ACF, Gutenberg, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- ‎Ability to work independently without hand-holding
‎Nice to Have:
- ‎Agency experience
- ‎Comfortable presenting work to clients
Not Suitable For:
- ‎Developers with only light design skills
- ‎Anyone relying on templates or page builders
- ‎Those unable to show recent Figma work or live builds
- ‎People needing constant direction
- ‎Anyone uninterested in improving or taking feedback
