Salary: £13.95 an hour

Your Role Will Include:
- Work Night Care shifts supporting residents at Compton Lodge
- Provide physical and personal care, and/or maintain high cleanliness standards
- Keep residents engaged, active, and comfortable
- Collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver exceptional dementia care
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and care standards consistently
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Compassion, patience, and a caring nature
- Experience in care, hospitality, schools, or similar (desirable)
- Ability to pass a DBS check or be on the DBS update service
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Experience in personal care or dementia support (even better but not essential)
