Your Role Will Include:
- Support day-to-day office operations and admin tasks
- ‎Greet visitors and manage basic enquiries
- ‎Answer and route phone calls professionally
- ‎Organize digital and physical files
- ‎Monitor office supplies and assist with simple orders
- ‎Help with calendars, scheduling, and meeting preparation
- ‎Handle data entry, follow-up tasks, and document updates
