Salary: £24,000 annually

Your Role Will Include:

As a Customer Experience Advisor based in the Hove Branch (35 hours per week, Monday–Saturday between 8am–6pm), you will be the friendly face, trusted guide, and problem-solver for customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • ‎Acting as the first point of contact in-branch or over the phone
  • ‎Supporting customers with everyday transactions, queries, and digital banking needs
  • ‎Answering and resolving customer calls
  • ‎Protecting customers by identifying and preventing fraud or scams
  • ‎Building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions
  • ‎Developing product knowledge to better support customer needs
  • ‎Identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
  • ‎Thriving in a varied, fast-paced, multi-skilled environment as part of a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

  • ‎Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service (face-to-face or telephony)
  • ‎Strong communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs
  • ‎A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
