What We Offer:
- Hourly rate: £12.21 (approx. £26,652.72/year based on 42 hours weekly; pro-rata for actual hours‎

Your Role Will Include:
- Support individuals to live active, independent lives aligned with their wishes and care plans
- ‎Ensure safety and safeguard individuals from harm
- ‎Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
- ‎Support with community activities, social engagements, finances, medication, home tasks, and personal care
- ‎Act as a point of contact for families and professionals
- ‎Accurately record and report on service users’ wellbeing
- ‎Follow all Health & Safety guidelines
