Our marketing department operates in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and plays a central role in our mission to deliver high-quality financial education to pre-retirees and retirees.
‎We are seeking a Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director with daily marketing operations, content creation, CRM management, and event coordination.

Your Role Will Include:
‎You will support the marketing department through content creation, CRM updates, automation building, workshop registration management, campaign support, and general marketing operations.‎Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- ‎Content & Creative Support
- ‎Drafting, editing, and scheduling compliant social posts
- ‎Assisting with newsletter content and formatting
- ‎Repurposing long-form content into email, SMS, and social snippets
- ‎Ensuring brand consistency and compliance across platforms
- ‎CRM & Automation Support
- ‎Updating records, tags, and pipelines
- ‎Assisting with basic automations and campaign setups
- ‎Supporting list hygiene and deliverability
- ‎Working within GoHighLevel (preferred, not required)
- ‎Event & Registration Management
- ‎Monitoring workshop and webinar registrations
- ‎Supporting reminders, confirmations, and waitlist workflows
- ‎Preparing event marketing collateral (QR codes, landing pages, messages)
- ‎Marketing Ops & Admin
- ‎Ordering promotional and printed materials
- ‎Running cost comparisons and assisting with budget tracking
- ‎Supporting KPI reporting and campaign analysis
- ‎Assisting with ad-hoc marketing projects and launches
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎2+ years in digital marketing, virtual assistance, or CRM support
- ‎Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills‎
- ‎Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- ‎Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- ‎Ability to multitask and work independently
- ‎Fast learner comfortable in a rapid, evolving environment
- ‎Availability during EST business hours
- ‎Experience in financial services (preferred but not required)
- ‎Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a major plus
