Your Role Will Include:
- Develop and implement lessons tailored to students’ diverse needs.
- ‎Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
- ‎Maintain communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding performance and behaviour.
- ‎Manage classroom behaviour to foster respect and cooperation.‎
- ‎Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the educational experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS) and knowledge of national curriculum standards.
- ‎Strong communication skills and ability to engage students effectively.
- ‎Experience with children or young adults in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- ‎Patience, empathy, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- ‎Business management qualification and/or Level 3/4 awards in assessing vocational achievement or internal quality assurance.
