Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 Per Hour
Work location: Bethel, CT USA

Your Role Will Include:
- Process customer policy change requests
- ‎Handle incoming claim calls and follow-ups
- ‎Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- ‎Take premium payments
- ‎Maintain knowledge of new products and services
- ‎Generate insurance quotes and gather prospects’ information
- ‎Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- ‎Professional phone etiquette
- ‎Excellent spelling, grammar, and business writing skills
- ‎Strong oral and written communication skills
- ‎Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- ‎Exceptional listening and closing skills
