What We Offer:
- Starting salary: £24,740, rising to £25,700 after one year
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (35.75 hours per week, 8:45am–5:00pm)
- Hybrid working schedule post-training:
- First 2 months: Fully office-based
- After 2 months: 1 day per week remote
- After 4 months: 2 days per week remote
- After 6 months: 3 days per week remote

Your Role Will Include:
- Process valid scanned and manual claims accurately and efficiently using computerised systems
- Liaise with practitioners to validate receipts and claims
- Contact policyholders via post, telephone, or email for missing or incorrect claim information
- Update policyholder details and issue updated schedules
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Claims or Data Entry Administrator
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Medical/NHS sectors is advantageous

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35.75 hours per week (between 8:45am – 5:00pm)
