Salary: £24,740

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary: £24,740, rising to £25,700 after one year
  • ‎Full-time, Monday to Friday (35.75 hours per week, 8:45am–5:00pm)
  • ‎Hybrid working schedule post-training:
  • ‎First 2 months: Fully office-based
  • ‎After 2 months: 1 day per week remote
  • ‎After 4 months: 2 days per week remote
  • ‎After 6 months: 3 days per week remote

Your Role Will Include:

  • Process valid scanned and manual claims accurately and efficiently using computerised systems
  • ‎Liaise with practitioners to validate receipts and claims
  • ‎Contact policyholders via post, telephone, or email for missing or incorrect claim information
  • ‎Update policyholder details and issue updated schedules
  • ‎Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Claims or Data Entry Administrator
  • ‎Proficient in Excel
  • ‎Ability to pass a DBS check
  • ‎Experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Medical/NHS sectors is advantageous

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35.75 hours per week (between 8:45am – 5:00pm)
