Your Role Will Include:

  • Monitor customer orders, coordinate shipments, and track product volumes
  • ‎Work closely with logistics and transportation to align delivery details
  • ‎Resolve order, transportation, and delivery issues with internal and external teams
  • ‎Build strong relationships with customers and sales partners while proactively communicating updates
  • ‎Provide forecasting information to ensure product availability
  • ‎Identify potential issues and communicate them to sales and buying teams‎
  • ‎Develop and maintain service-level metrics and performance scorecards

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • ‎2+ years’ experience in a customer service or call-center environment
  • ‎Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
  • ‎Ability to make quick and accurate independent decisions
  • ‎Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and public-facing
  • ‎Ability to prioritise in a constantly changing environment
  • ‎Proven ability to protect customer, consumer, and brand interests through informed decision-making
