Your Role Will Include:
- Monitor customer orders, coordinate shipments, and track product volumes
- ‎Work closely with logistics and transportation to align delivery details
- ‎Resolve order, transportation, and delivery issues with internal and external teams
- ‎Build strong relationships with customers and sales partners while proactively communicating updates
- ‎Provide forecasting information to ensure product availability
- ‎Identify potential issues and communicate them to sales and buying teams‎
- ‎Develop and maintain service-level metrics and performance scorecards
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎2+ years’ experience in a customer service or call-center environment
- ‎Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
- ‎Ability to make quick and accurate independent decisions
- ‎Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and public-facing
- ‎Ability to prioritise in a constantly changing environment
- ‎Proven ability to protect customer, consumer, and brand interests through informed decision-making
