Salary: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Your Role Will Include:
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility is to recruit businesses for free advertisement. You will:
- ‎Create strategies to strengthen brand awareness
- ‎Explain the company’s business model to potential partners
- ‎Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation
- ‎Build relationships using persuasive communication
- ‎Influence, negotiate, and engage directly with businesses
- ‎Make phone calls and conduct in-person visits
- ‎Work toward targets aligned with company goals
- ‎Travel to various locations across the UK
- ‎Carry out additional duties as required by a fast-growing organisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- ‎Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- ‎Strong confidence and persuasive ability
- ‎Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- ‎Self-motivation and drive to achieve targets
- ‎Accountability and ability to work independently or in a team
- ‎Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively
- ‎A diligent, ambitious individual eager to learn, grow, and exceed expectations
